Sole Business Operations role and operating/reporting partner to the COO for a regulated, high-growth delivery org.

  • Designed and maintained the strategic planning frameworks underlying study delivery — cross-functional project plans, capacity planning, and quality checkpoints.
  • Identified structural delivery risks across a 17–20 study portfolio and orchestrated a cross-functional redesign with no formal authority, coordinating leaders and ICs across 5 teams to rebuild the dependency architecture and instructional playbook — cutting workflow complexity by 16%.
  • Served as special projects lead across Delivery, Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Quality & Regulatory, running 4–5 concurrent initiatives — including co-authoring regulatory-grade QMS procedures and SOPs.
  • Built AI-enabled workflow automations for recurring reporting and documentation, saving each study team 5 hours per week.
  • Partnered with engineering on a centralized, AI-enabled knowledge management system to improve data sourcing and reporting accuracy.
  • Implemented budget tracking across 170–600+ active invoicing milestones, surfacing failure areas in milestone-based invoicing structures.

Recognition

What colleagues and leaders say about working with me.

“Meg is the person you want on your team when things actually need to get done. She's insanely reliable, catches every detail, and doesn't wait around for permission to fix things. A true operator: hand her chaos, get back a system (that she will also train you on). She was using AI to make her work better before most of us knew where to start, and she's the kind of curious that turns "I wonder if this could work" into a working tool by Friday. I'd work with Meg again in a heartbeat. She is such an asset on any team.”

Katie FoxHead of Delivery Success & Operations, PicnicHealth

“Meg was a trusted partner to Quality and Regulatory. I brought her in to help create structure around how SOPs should be developed, maintained, and implemented across the org — work that requires both operational rigor and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into something a cross-functional team can actually follow. I could hand her a messy problem in a high-stakes area and trust that she'd come back with something that worked.”
